Installation that looks as good as it performs

Air conditioning installation requires careful planning of pipe routes, drainage, and electrical connections. We plan the installation with you before work begins, discussing unit positions, pipe routes, and any structural considerations.

All installations are commissioned on completion. We test the system in both cooling and heating modes (where applicable) and ensure controls are set up correctly before handover.

  • Pre-installation planning and route survey
  • Neat, concealed pipe routing where possible
  • Full commissioning in all operating modes
  • Controls and settings explained at handover

Choosing the right system

We install a range of air conditioning configurations. Here's a guide to the main options.

Single split system

One indoor unit connected to one outdoor unit. Ideal for cooling a single room or open-plan space. The most straightforward installation.

Multi-split system

Multiple indoor units connected to a single outdoor unit. Suitable for cooling several rooms without multiple outdoor units.

Cassette units

Ceiling-mounted units that distribute air in four directions. Popular in commercial spaces and larger open-plan areas.

Wall-mounted units

The most common residential type. Mounted high on a wall, they are unobtrusive and efficient for most room sizes.

Ducted systems

Concealed within the ceiling void with grilles at ceiling level. Provides the most discreet installation for high-specification properties.

MVHR systems

Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery provides fresh air and extracts stale air while recovering heat. Often specified in new builds and renovations.

Air conditioning questions

A split system consists of an indoor unit (the evaporator/fan coil) and an outdoor unit (the compressor/condenser). They are connected by refrigerant pipework. Split systems are the most common type for residential and small commercial use.
We can supply and install, or install units you have already purchased. We are happy to advise on specification if you are selecting units. Please include this in your quote request.
We plan the installation to minimise disruption. Refrigerant pipes are typically run through walls or concealed in trunking. We discuss the routing options with you before work begins.
This depends on the specific property and local planning requirements. We advise you to check with your local planning authority before proceeding. We can assist with the technical specification if required.
Yes. We install mechanical ventilation systems including MVHR (mechanical ventilation with heat recovery) as part of our air conditioning and ventilation service.
