Service area and availability

We primarily serve Bishop's Stortford and the surrounding area, including Harlow, Sawbridgeworth, Stansted Mountfitchet, Ware, Hoddesdon, and much of Hertfordshire and west Essex. If you're unsure whether we cover your postcode, please get in touch.
This depends on our current workload. For planned work, we typically have availability within 1–3 weeks. For urgent or emergency work, we prioritise accordingly. Contact us and we'll confirm availability.
For commercial clients where works need to be carried out outside trading hours, we can schedule visits at weekends. This is discussed and agreed as part of the planning process.

After the work

You receive a written completion summary recording the works carried out, any observations, and any recommended follow-up actions. This is in addition to the itemised invoice.
Contact us by email and describe the issue. We take workmanship concerns seriously and will respond promptly to investigate.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If a fault arises that is attributable to our installation or repair, we will return to investigate and rectify it. Specific terms are set out in our Terms of Service.
